To meet your needs in this area, we provide the same quality standards of screening as we do in permanent positions. Further, you still have the flexibility of utilizing the permanent hire option if your needs change.

American Technical Services will recruit a permanent employee for a flat fee. This fee is a percentage based upon the individuals salary. If you find a temporary or permanent employee through your own recruitment, you may still assign them to our payroll. This makes it easy to utilize employees for short-term workload demands, seasonal help and hiring freezes and it takes the hassle out of the payroll process if the employee doesn't work out.
