Strong customer service person with experience and knowledge in industrial, municipal and agricultural applications of industry related machines, fielding requests, helping with quotes etc.
Helping people by using engineering drawings, Bills of materials and working with other departments in manufacturing.
Provides product support to customers by taking incoming calls from customers and assisting with parts orders, returns and warranty.
Generates quotations and receives and enters orders following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Customers may be direct product users, installers and dealers.
Works with Engineering, Purchasing and all other departments to generate detailed quotations for field repairs and upgrades
Processes sales orders, generates RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations)
Assists with accounts receivable collections when needed

Field service technicians, maintenance personnel, owner/operators will need a strong customer service person with experience and knowledge in industrial, municipal and agricultural applications of industry related machines, fielding requests, helping with quotes etc.
Needs ERP software experience, Microsoft office and good technical customer service background.
1st shift is 7am-3:30pm-Milwaukee location
