Customer Service and Engineering Technical support for CNC and manual production machining company

Engineering and sales will need a strong customer service person with experience and knowledge in industrial, OEM, CNC and production fielding requests, helping with quotes etc.
Helping people maintain and fix/install any related issues. using engineering drawings, Bills of materials and working with other departments in manufacturing.
Provide liaison between supplier/customer and plant location.
Provide trip reports from engineers to include activities and open issues to appropriate personnel.
Track outstanding corrective action requirements.
Receive, edit and review corrective action responses.
Format corrective action responses for submittal to the customers.
Submit completed corrective action responses to the customer and track customer acceptance of the response.
Collect and maintain measureable data. Format data with assistance from Plant Manager
Needs ERP software experience, Microsoft office and good technical customer service background.
Understand time and materials.
1st shift is 7am-3:30pm-Menomonee Falls, WI location
$70,000-$80,000 salary is possible
