CNC mills and turning centers.
The CNC programmer will setup, program, and, if needed, run CNC milling equipment to produce parts and components.
Utilize GibbsCam, Solidworks design software.
Setup and program CNC mills; Mazak VTC, Mazak HMC, WIA (Mazatrol and G-Code)
Work with Engineering on fixture design and implementation
• Experience in CNC mill programming and setups, 5+ years
• Mazatrol experience preferred
• Expert GD&T and blueprint reading skills
• Experience with the use of basic machine measurement tools to verify setups; micrometers, snap gages, bore gages
Long term position, good benefits.
$32-$40/hour
Experience in the above areas of at least 5 years.
Starting wage negotiable-somewhere in the $32-$40/hour range.
