1st shift QC Tech / Quality Inspector or Trainee.
Mostly inspection on the shop floor, manual micrometers, calipers, gages etc.
Will train mechanically inclined with good math and measuring.
Quality Control for CNC and manual assemblies, parts inspection- gauge operation of CNC production machined parts, reverse engineering and GD&T
Work on the shop floor of medium to smaller machine job shop.
Quality Control Inspector will be utilizing / operating micrometers, calipers, scales and documentation.
Medium to larger sizes of machined parts
Manage gauges and equipment
First piece inspections
Final inspections
Dye Penetrant
Some in process and random quality checks
Documentation
Manufacturer with diverse applications in industrial machining-production runs and parts (both manual and CNC)
Good, long term position, open on wage.

Qualifications
2-3 years minimum in machine parts inspection and floor inspection. experience with gauges, mics, calipers and height stands. Medium to large parts. GD&T knowledge. High School Diploma minimum. Some lifting.
