Machinist Lead Person / 1st shift
Operate CNC turning centers / lathes.
To lead 1st shift small group of machine operators in tooling, procedure, materials etc.
Not programming.
Set up, operate follow job orders, help others.
modify tooling, for medium and short runs and a variety of mostly CNC turning
Successful and growing manufacturer/OEM and job shop variety of machining.
Machinist with set up experience and QC inspection would be a good fit.
Hands On position on the shop floor to set up for a few 1st shift CNC Operators.
$23-$27+/hour is possible-negotiable.

Qualifications
2-3 years operating setting up CNC lathes Medium to small sized production parts. Supervision or lead person experience.
Mentoring small group of CNC operators.
